The villa is located within a 40000 square meter seaside property filled with olive trees cultivated using solely organic agricultural methods. The property itself is situated in the southeast coast of Corfu island, 25 kilometers from Corfu town right on a gentle hill slope offering magnificent sea views as it is just 30 meters off the sea shore.

From the terrace, early in the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise while listening to the faint splashes of water made by the fishermen trying to bring their nets in. You may also try a cool morning swim or have some moments of relaxation in the outdoor jacuzzi which is right next to you. Later on you can start exploring the whereabouts of the villa consisting mainly of tall everlasting olive trees and their refreshing shady areas, fruit as well as aromatic plants and picturesque paths.

For the hiking enthusiasts and within half an hour walking distance from the villa you can find the traditional village of Chlomos on top of the so called “Merovigli” hill with its narrow alleys, scenic neighborhoods and lovely views. Needless to say that sunset as seen from on top of the mountain is unforgettable.
