Avlaki Corfu

Avlaki, with its beautiful long bay and clear waters - a few villas and just two Tavernas - is a 20 min walk away. Situated between the village of Agios Stephanos to the south and the bigger livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most of Corfu's visitors. It is a long beautiful bay with clear sea - a few villas and just two tavernas. It is a very quiet beach, even in during the months of July and August. It is a very nice, pebbly beach with crystal clear water.
In the past, it has been awarded the Blue Flag, for its cleanness and organization. In the afternoon, a northern sea breeze enters the beach, swipping the heat away from it. The beach promises a lot of scope for water sports, such as sailing and canoeing. Boats are also available for hire. Small cruise boats will take you to the nearby bays. Avlaki is a tranquil destination. However, you will find plenty of bars in Kassiopi, just a couple of km away.
